1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for or using ClientCapture (the "Service") provided by Full Throttle Studios LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ClientCapture provides subscription-based lead generation website hosting and management for contractor businesses. Your subscription includes the ongoing hosting and availability of your ClientCapture site as long as your subscription remains active.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
ClientCapture is billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions begin when your site is live and approved
- Billing cycles renew automatically each month
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your site will remain live until the billing period ends, at which point it will be taken offline. We do not offer prorated refunds.
5. Ownership & Content
Your ClientCapture site is owned and operated by Full Throttle Studios LLC. You retain ownership of the content and assets you provide to us (logos, photos, business information). We retain ownership of the site template, code, SEO structure, and all other elements we create.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ClientCapture only for lawful purposes and to represent your business honestly. We reserve the right to terminate service for accounts that violate these terms, post illegal content, or engage in deceptive practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
Full Throttle Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
